Privacy Policy

Last updated July 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Aashapura LLC ("Chakra", "we", "us") handles information in connection with ClientPulse, available at crm.chakrakali.com and demonstrated at crm.chakrakali.com/demo. It distinguishes between the limited information we collect to run our business and the information you store in your CRM, which we process only on your behalf. Italicized notes before each section are plain-language summaries for convenience; the full text governs.

1. Two kinds of data: ours and yours

We are the controller for your account and usage data; you are the controller for the contacts you store, and we only process those on your instruction.

ClientPulse involves two distinct roles. For the account and usage information we collect to run our business, we act as the data controller. For the Contact Data and other content you enter into your CRM — the personal information of your own leads, prospects, and customers — you are the controller and we act only as your processor, handling it on your documented instructions as described in the Terms of Service.

2. Information we collect

Account details, billing status, and technical usage data needed to run and secure the Service.

We collect: (a) account information you provide, such as name, email address, and organization; (b) authentication and security data, such as sign-in events and session tokens; (c) billing status for paid plans (payment card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us); and (d) technical and usage telemetry, such as device and browser type, IP address, feature usage, and error diagnostics, collected to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

3. Contact data you store in your CRM

Your contacts' personal data is processed only to run the CRM for you — we don't use it for our own purposes.

The records you create — contacts, companies, deals, activities, messages, notes, and documents — may contain personal information about the individuals you deal with. We store and process this Contact Data solely to provide the Service to you, on your instructions, consistent with our processor role. We do not use the personal information in your CRM to advertise, to build independent profiles, or for any purpose of our own. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the Contact Data you collect and enter.

4. AI processing of your content

To create summaries and scores, the Service reads the conversations and activity you store. It's automated and used only to produce those outputs for you.

When you use the summary and engagement-scoring features, the Service processes the text of the conversations, activities, and related records you have stored in order to generate the requested summaries and scores. This processing is automated and performed to deliver the feature to you; the resulting outputs are stored alongside your CRM records. We do not use your Contact Data or conversation content to train models for other customers. As noted in the Terms, these outputs are assistive estimates, and you control whether the features are used.

5. How we use information we control

We use account and usage data to run, secure, support, and improve the Service, and to meet legal duties.

We use the information for which we are the controller to authenticate you, provide and maintain the Service, respond to support requests, monitor and improve performance and security, detect and prevent abuse or fraud, communicate service and billing notices, and comply with legal obligations.

6. We do not sell your data

We never sell your personal information or your contacts' data.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information — neither the account information we hold nor the Contact Data you store — and we do not share it for third-party advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Our infrastructure

The Service runs on first-party, self-hosted infrastructure, not third-party marketing clouds.

The Service, including its data storage, authentication, and AI processing, runs on first-party, self-hosted infrastructure operated for Chakra. We limit third-party sub-processors to what is necessary to run the Service (for example, payment processing) and bind them to confidentiality and data-protection obligations. A current list of sub-processors is available on request at [email protected].

8. Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember demo mode — no advertising trackers.

We use cookies and browser storage only as needed to operate the Service: to keep you signed in, maintain your session, and remember interface preferences. The public demo uses a sessionStorage flag to remember that you have entered demo mode; it is cleared when you close the browser tab. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear this storage through your browser, which will sign you out.

9. Sharing and disclosure

We share information only with sub-processors under contract, or when the law requires it.

We disclose information only: to sub-processors who process it on our behalf under written obligations; when required by law, legal process, or a lawful government request; to protect the rights, safety, or security of Chakra, our users, or the public; or in connection with a merger or acquisition, in which case we will notify you and any successor will remain bound by this Policy.

10. Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account is active, and delete or de-identify it after you leave, subject to legal holds.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Contact Data is retained under your control; you may delete individual records at any time, and on account termination you may export your data before we delete or de-identify it from active systems, subject to routine backups and any retention required by law. Usage telemetry is retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics.

11. Your rights and your contacts' rights

You can access, correct, or delete the account data we hold. Requests from your contacts go to you as their controller; we help you fulfill them.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, portability of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you as controller by contacting [email protected]. Where an individual whose data you store in the CRM asks us to exercise their rights, we will refer them to you as the controller and assist you, as processor, in responding using the tools we provide.

12. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures — including access controls, least-privilege service accounts, encryption in transit, and audit logging — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and you are responsible for securing your own account and credentials.

13. Contact for data requests
